REFUND:

We can refund your payment only if you cancel your order before delivery.
You can cancel your order within 36 hours from the time you placed your order and after that it will be not be possible to cancel.
If you order some item in shape of Hard copy of documents and you find a mistake on it due to the reason you provided us that "wrong information", we can resend you documents with an extra charge.

Delivery Company:

We use DHL or FEDEX to make sure your parcels / package containing CD / infromation/ Brochures / Training Certificates / D ocumnets are delivered safe and sound.
